We ship all our orders quickly and reliably via PostNL. So you'll always know exactly when to expect your VELZARO jewellery.

Shipping costs & delivery time

• Belgium & Netherlands: Flat rate of €4,95. Free shipping on orders above €40.
• Rest of Europe: Flat rate of €7,50. Free shipping on orders above €40. 
• We dispatch your order within 1-2 business days
• Delivery Belgium,Netherlands: 1-3 business days
• Delivery rest of Europe: 3-5 business days

⚠️ Personalized items require additional production time and are delivered within 15–20 business days from the date of order.

Track & Trace: As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Use it to follow your parcel and see exactly when it will be delivered.

• Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
• Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Where We Ship From: All our products are shipped directly from the European Warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable delivery with no customs fees for European customers.
