Return & Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Earrings and piercing jewellery — for hygiene reasons, these are final sale
Personalized or custom-made items — these are made to order and are final sale
Items marked as sale or final sale

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
